    Traditional dish from Guadalajara, México. Finely diced flank steak cooked in its own broth, then mixed with whole pinto beans, green tomatillo sauce and crispy crumbled bacon.

  • Barbacoa de Res

    Flank steak slowly cooked with spices while being wrapped in maguey or agave leaves, served with two sides and tortillas. 

  • Bistec a la Mexicana

    Thin sliced beef braised in fresh tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, cilantro and garlic served with two sides and tortillas.

  • Cochinita Pibil

    Traditional, slow-roasted pork dish that originated in Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. Marinated in acidic citrus juices and seeds wrapped in banana leaf, served with rice, beans and tortillas.

  • Camarones or Tilapia Blue Agave

    Grilled Shrimp or tilapia sautéed with white wine, fresh garlic, bell peppers and onions, topped with melted cheese, served on a hot skillet and accompanied by two sides and tortillas.

  • Tacos de Birria

    Broth dipped corn tortillas filled with flavorful birria and cheese, fried until crispy, then dunked in birria broth for a delicious finish.
